PALATE: balance between clove and nutmeg and sweeter notes of fudge, caramel, orange blossom honey, anise, and just a kiss of smokiness that completes the complexity.

FINISH: romantic and spicy, dominated by clove with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, fudge, orange peel, and anise that come out as the clove fades
