Blair Athol 11 yrs Highland Unchillfiltered Signatory Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nose – Lavender, maple butter and white pepper. Muesli, cookie dough ice-cream and something vaguely hoppy.

Palate – Toasted teacakes with butter, camomile, liquorice, lemonade and honey. A little clove.

Finish – Medium, with caramel and spice.
