BLUE NOTE 10 YEAR OLD SINGLE BARREL RESERVE STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

Limited run of B.R. Distilling Co’s master distiller’s single barrel selection/pick. The mash bill is 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. While this is most likely a Dickel distillate, it certainly does not taste like it (not that there is anything wrong with Dickel). 125.4 Proof. Strong notes of caramel and rich vanilla with an oak finish. The nose is butterscotch and light maple. The finish is smooth with lingering hints of vanilla at the very end.
