Novo Fogo, located in Morretes, Brazil is a producer of USDA certified organic cachaca distilled on the edge of an idyllic rainforest in a zero waste distillery and bottled in handmade bottles made of recycled glass. Pot distilled and aged in small, second-use American oak bourbon for a minimum of 24 months.
