Rabbit Hole’s Heigold, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey made with a high percentage of imported German malted rye. Distilled from 70% corn, 25% malted rye, and 5% malted barley, aged for just under four years in toasted and charred new oak barrels. Strong and bold, this super-premium bourbon offers initial butterscotch and toasted malt tones before leading into a burst of refreshing citrus notes and finishing with comforting pepper spice. This straight bourbon edition is a tribute to Christian Heigold, a German who immigrated to Louisville in 1850.
