TASTING NOTES
Body: Medium.
Nose: Mellow feel with a very light prickle. Top notes begin oily, transforming into a fruity medley of ripe Ogen melon, poached pears, and baked apple, complemented by flaked almonds, dried coconut, and buttery short-crust pastry. A drop of water enhances the fruitiness of boiled fruit sweets.
Palate: Lightly oily and smooth texture, slightly drying. Begins with a lightly sweet taste, a mid-palate hint of spice and salt, reminiscent of a banana cake. It is best enjoyed straight or with a dash of water for a softer touch.
Finish: Elegantly drying, of good length, with a sweet warmth and lingering aftertaste. Water adds a hint of spice
