Aging: 12 month in used French oak barrels Alcohol: 14.50 % Soil: limestone Vine Age: The vines were planted in 1997 Yeast: cultured Fined: none Filtered: none The Uco Valley AVA in southern Mendoza sits at the base of the Andes Mountains at an altitude of 4000 feet above sea level. Estate fruit only is used for this wine, it is entirely handpicked. Unfined and unfiltered, matured in French oak for 12 months.
