Named “Art Deco” this 33 year-old limited edition release came about as Cutty Sark continue to explore the rich history, heritage and origin of their brand. This release specifically focused on the exciting Art Deco period of the 1920s and early 1930s is the oldest whisky the brand has released. Celebrating a time when Cutty Sark found its way into America and “flourished within the emerging cocktail culture and changed the face of Scotch whisky forever”.
Released in 2014, this impressive release of Cutty Sark was aged for 33 years and presented in a striking Art Deco style bottle, label and case, along with two branded tumblers.
The Cutty Sark blend was devised in 1923 by Berry Brothers & Rudd, the esteemed London wine-merchant. This was blended and bottled by Edrington, who owned the brand between 2010 and 2018, when they sold it on to La Martinquaise.
