The nose is spicy with yeasty bread notes, Single barrel willett family estate, fruit candy, hint of vanilla, and lots of caramel. Cinnamon, liquorice, vanilla, peppery spice and caramel on the palate. The finish is slightly smokey with almond butter and woody notes.
