Lambrusco grasparossa
The “Lancillotto” from Barbolini is an excellent example of a dry, food-friendly Lambrusco. While many Lambrusco_grasparossa can be simple and sometimes noticeably sweet, the Lancilloto balances its rich, dark fruit with acidity, some light soft tannin and savory notes of dried herbs and minerals.
